English to Czech Medical Medical (general) veterinary practice

These are examples from mini CVs of vets working for a company, to be published on a website: "She spent 12 years in academic and private referral practices in Florida before moving to the UK..."; "She then worked in busy referral and emergency practices until 2014" etc...

According to my research, a referral practice is a practice to which general practices (or "family vets") refer their patients for specialized diagnostics/treatment. What is the correct Czech term for this?

And, as an aside: it is tempting to translate "practice" as "(veterinární) praxe", but I already use the term "praxe" for "internship". Besides, the term "veterinární praxe" has far fewer hits online than "veterinární ordinace" - so I am translating "practice" as "ordinace". Any objections to this? Suggestion how to translate "internship", if "practice" were to be translated as "praxe" instead?
