IMO this is a typo for "recipe".
Very common in industrial equipment, when a "recipe" is a series of operations to be performed in a given order

This definitely doesn't sound like native EN to me!
I'm suspecting that 'receipt' here is being used in a slightly skewed manner to mean 'confirm', for example.
