Es geht um eine streitige Scheidung. Unter antecedentes de hecho heißt es:

"PRIMERO.- La Procuradora doña Ana Gon[1}zález Gancedo, en la representación indicada, presentó el día 29 de noviembre de 2007, demanda de Divorcio contra don José Manuel Rey Cores, en la que solicitaba que se acordara el divorcio dei matrimonio y se fijaran como medidas definitivas las citadas en el Suplico dei +++escrito rector+++.{2]"

Unter "escrito rector" kann ich mir nichts vorstellen. Möglicherweise ist da ein Tippfehler enthalten.

Ich muss hinzufügen, dass es sich bei dem Text möglicherweise um eine Übersetzung aus dem portugiesischen handelt.
