Spanish term

Autorretención a cargo

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Accounting Accounting: Financial Statements
I'm translating a Colombian form for Reporting Withholdings at the Source. The above phrase is an account/entry in said form, the whole phrase reads:
TOTAL RETENCIÓN / AUTORRETENCIÓN A CARGO.

I'm not sure what they mean by the phrase 'A CARGO' so I'm not sure how to translate it. Here are my attempts:

SELF-WITHHOLDING CHARGE
SELF-WITHHOLDING DUE

If you could explain what they mean by the phrase 'A CARGO' I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!

BTW, I was unsure how to classify this question. I classified it under Bus/Financial>Accounting, or should I have classified it under Law/Patents> Law:Taxation & Customs. My guess is it fits into both categories. What do you think?

If you have no employer to withhold federal taxes, then you're responsible for withholding your own. Whether you work for an employer or are self-employed, you must make estimated tax payments during the year when your income exceeds certain levels. ... In that case, your employer send your money to the IRS for you.

Self withholdings

Autorretención quiere decir un pago a cuenta que deberá efectuar la persona que está haciendo su propia retención. A cargo es que la persona está a cargo de hacer dicha retención y pago.

Maybe Law/Taxation would have been a more specific for this question, but Bus/Financial is more general.
