Je ne trouve "inter-alar" nulle part?
Sillon entre les ailes du nez? (s'il s'agit de cela, 43 mm est bien trop large) où est-ce la largeur du bord extérieur d'une aile du nez à l'autre? (ce qui serait plus plausible avec 43 mm)
Existe-t-il un terme plus précis?

The patient feels that following her procedure in 2013 where she underwent alar base reduction and insertion of bilateral mandibular angle implants and reshaping bony chin, her nose has widened and that she has a heaviness around her mouth.
On examination, she had good facial symmetry and aesthetic result from her operation.
Her cranial nerve examination was unremarkable, and she had full range of facial movements in expression and normal sensation.
Her inter-alar width was 43 mm.
