In addition to the management fee, the Management Company will receive a performance fee at a maximum rate of eighteen per cent (18%), calculated on the positive difference between the net return of the Sub-Fund and the index consisting of five per cent (5%) Merrill Lynch Euro Govt Bill Index and ninety-five per cent (95%) MSCI World Index in the reference quarter. Offsetting with any negative performance recorded in the previous quarters will not be allowed. The performance fee is calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.

For Class A with the foreign exchange risks unhedged, the MSCI USA index is converted into Euro ***at the NAV exchange rate***.
