Konto czekowe sugeruje obsługę czeków. Tutaj chyba tak nie jest. Owszem, obsługa czeków także w to wchodzi, ale nie tylko i nie przede wszystkim. Chyba, że jest dokładna definicja do czego ten rachunek ma służyć.

myślę, że choć temin nie stosowany, to i tak będzie zrozumiały ...

Konto czekowe? Please correct me if i am wrong. Konto czekowe? Jakoś nie słyszałem, aby stosowano ten termin w Polsce. O ile wiem checking account [US] odpowiada rachunkowi bieżącemu [PL].
