The title looks like literal and minddless Eurospeak, persons including both natural & legal and property including both realty (real estate) and personalty (personal property like chattels), but is used in English Common Law countries suc as the USA and Australia - see infra/ below.
Example sentence:

: You answer is correct but your explanation is not. This is a standard unit in law courses and corresponds to Books I (Das pessoas) and II (Dos Bens) of the Brazilian Civil Code.
