układ kierowniczy pozbawiony „czucia”
Może nieco bardziej opisowo - kierowca powinien "czuć" zachowanie ukłądu jezdnego poprzez układ kierowniczy. Czasem kierownica nie daje dosyć bodźców i o to (niedoskonałość konstrukcji samochodu) tutaj moim zdaniem chodzi.

"Numb steering is where the steering feels disconnected from the road, (...).
It’s where you can't feel what is going on at the tires’ "bumps, resistance in corners, ect." Most gear heads don't like "numb steering" 'because i want to know how my car is reacting to the road through the tires. Steering numbness comes from dealers putting high profile comfortable eco tires and heavy power steering on their cars, which eliminates all feedback to the steering wheel and the driver.
