Discussion

Haigo Salow Jan 8, 2020:
Or could it be the device that they have at their disposal, as in 'über etwas verfügen'?
Haigo Salow Jan 8, 2020:
Phil, In patent law it would be the' patent in suit. It would therefore make sense for this ' Verfügungsgerät' to be a device in suite, but there is no evidence of that anywhere.
Miguel Sojo (asker) Jan 5, 2020:
Yes, Verfügung as in Verfügungsverfahren. training device is a workout machine.
José Patrício Jan 5, 2020:
manageable device
philgoddard Jan 5, 2020:
Could it mean a device that has been the subject of a court order?
And what do you mean by "training device"?
Could we have a few more sentences of context, please?

(E&W) injuncted device (ESP) al aparato embargado

> objeto de una prohibición de reproducir ?

Obiter in Scots law: interdicted device.

I assume there has been a preceding search & seize order, previously known as an Anton Piller Order in E&W.

There are G/hits for injuncted, but I am not keen on quoting WikiLeaks.
