Na osnovu datog konteksta, rekla bih da se radi o prikolici („fifth wheel“), a ne o vučnom vozilu (sa motorom i menjačem), pa mislim da se ne radi o blokadi menjača. Uostalom, jedino vi imate kompletan tekst, pa najbolje možete proceniti o čemu se tačno radi.
