Please, check page 2 of my link, a document issued by the Public Healthcare centre in Podgorica, Montenegro and note that there are different surfractants listed as ingredients (e.g. nejonski, anjonski, etc.) Tenzidi is acceptable, but not as common – that said, nobody is going to be confused if you do use it.
