Dosing Color- and Flavor

To be able to inject the color (5 tanks) and flavor (5 tanks) and acid (2 tanks), 12 dosing pumps are installed next to the cylinder. These are fed by 10 x 15 litre and 2 x 20 litre storage tanks.Calibrating glasses are installed to calibrate the amount of flavor,color and acid manually. Close the valve directly underneath the tank so the flow to the pump only comes from the calibrating glass column. You can see the level in the calibrating glass drop. Count the amount of divisions the level drops during one or two minutes to calculate the flow in ml/min. Do not forget to open the valve underneath the tank again!
