The high-efficiency and fast single-chamber feeding and air blowing filter press is composed of eight parts: frame part, filter part, hydraulic part, unloading device, rotary rapping device, flap device, filter cloth washing device and electrical control.
First of all, the hydraulic cylinder drives the compression plate to pull the front filter plate open at a time, and cooperates with the rotary rapping device to realize the rapping auxiliary unloading of the filter plate that is pulled from the same distance.
In the same way, with the cooperation of the rotary rapping device, the filter plate that is pulled open from the same distance can realize the auxiliary unloading of rapping.

The rapping mechanism to be introduced now is a new product specially designed for high efficiency and fast single chamber feeding with air blowing & cake washing filter press.
