PTU is a rare neuro‐ophthalmological disorder with onset in infancy. It is characterized by repeated episodes of sustained or intermittent upward gaze deviation, conserved horizontal eye movements, and down beating nystagmus in attempted downgaze.

cranial conjugate eye deviation

Conjugate eye deviation = CED
Conjugate gaze palsy also used
I believe 'nach kranial' refers to the affected cranial nerve that causes the CED. This would certainly fit in the context of tumour documentation.
