Com base no texto abaixo, uma interview under caution acontece quando alguém presta um depoimento de forma voluntária. Em PT-BR, basta dizer "interrogar" ou "depor". Em tese, nenhum complemento é necessário, mas você pode adicionar "sob juramento" se quiser dar ênfase.

"You do not have to say anything but anything you do say will be taken down and may be given in evidence." This is similar to the right to silence clause in the Miranda Warning in the US. The 1994 Act modified this to be: ... Anything you do say may be given in evidence."
Por exemplo, no caso de testemunhas e tradutores ou outros peritos que assistem a julgamentos e que antes dessas audiências devem prestar essas declarações sob juramento.

What is an interview under caution?
By law, you must be cautioned before any questions can be posed to you in an interview, otherwise anything you say during the interview answers cannot then be used as evidence in court. A police interview is therefore known as an interview under caution.
What is a police caution?
When you are cautioned, a police officer must state the following phrase to you, prior to your interview commencing:
‘You do not have to say anything, but it may harm your defence if you do not mention, when questioned, something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence.’
