ich konnte bis jetzt noch keine offizielle deutschsprachige Bezeichnung finden für medizinische Einrichtungen in Luxemburg, deren französischsprachige Bezeichnung mit "Service national" beginnt:
Service national d’ophtalmologie spécialisée
Service national de néonatologie intensive
Service national de psychiatrie juvénile

Ein originär deutscher Begriff konnte ich nicht finden. Anscheinend wird in Luxemburg allgemein nur vom « service national d’ophtalmologie spécialisée » gesprochen. Ich würde deshalb den französischen Ausdruck mit Guillemets verwenden und in Klammern erläutern « service national d’ophtalmologie spécialisée » (staatlicher/nationaler Gesundheitsdienst für Augenheilkunde bzw. Ophthalmologie, Neonatologie, Jugendpsychatrie)
