| Merci beaucoup Samuel ;) Je suis quelque peu en rage avec mon client qui m'a "balancé" ce projet vers 20 h pendant que je dînais (mon téléphone était en charge, donc je n'ai pas v le mail tout de suite) et c'est pour 7 heures demain matin! Je n'ai pas vraiment la tête à ça parce que je travaille sur un autre projet complètement différent et je lui ai envoyé un mail pour refuser le projet, mais pas de réponse !… et je suis coincée avec ce truc :( |

: Yes, I'd say this is the standard term, confirmed by Asker's extra context. The type of packages affects e.g. how many pins it can have. Maybe '...de boîtier'? A 'boîtier électronique' is something quite different!
