Spanish term
Fincas
Spanish to English
Law/Patents
Real Estate
Here is more context: "El arrendador es legítimo propietario de 144 Fincas (unidades hoteleras bajo el regímen de propiedad horizontal) con una superficie aproximada de 7000 m2...". Each Finca has an area of approximately 500 sq. ft., which causes me to think that each one is a hotel room. However, I don't think translating it as "144 Rooms" sounds proper enough.

I think Units would work here.

FYI "regímen de propiedad horizontal" in the UK means "shared freehold" or "commonhold" - in other words, the owners of each unit (or property) jointly own the freehold, without there being an outside freeholder/landlord. I think the term is condominium in the US https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Condominium
