Provide brief explanation of LEA's process for incorporating selected strategies.
The school Principals act as the instructional leaders inside the school building. They complete several
walkthroughs of all teachers several times a month, formal classroom observations multiple times
throughout the school year, and instructional coaching meetings multiple times a month. This is done
utilizing the New Teacher Project instructional effectiveness rubric.
Lesson plans are reviewed by the Building Principal on a weekly basis with feedback emailed to the
teacher prior to instruction.

Instructor Professional Development

Conduct regular classroom visits for instructors using relevant observation tools (e.g., instructional delivery checklist or instructional effectiveness rubric).
