Law/Patents
Law (general)
If either party believes that it is necessary for there to be a further status hearing due to noncompliance with these terms, s/he will file, by ___________ day/month/year, an appropriate motion for the court to schedule another status hearing. Moreover, as provided below, if arrears cannot be fully satisfied during the nisi period, but the parties believe either that a further extension would allow for this, or that an agreement for reinstatement of the tenancy can be entered into with the remaining balance to be paid, such a proposed stipulation or agreement may be submitted to the court by that same date. Otherwise, this action shall be dismissed by a nisi order on ___________ day/month/year.

AmE / CanE: nisi order
Selected
medida condicional de efeito provisório
Motion connotes US Am, as is a nisi order. In E&W an *order nisi* is now known as a provisional divorce etc. decree or a court charging order (judicial mortgage) and an *order absolute* as a final divorce etc. decree or again a court charging order. Here this is about a tenancy, no doubt of premises.
Again, the source country ought to be spelled out as legal terminology is not consistent throughout the English-speaking world.
