Russian to English Other Other

The contest is sociololgy, where a speaker is talking about the assistance that is being offered by their organization and that it will be "о чем я уже говорила, как теплая передача, человекоориентированный подход.".

I cannot think of any equivalent to this in English.

I was thinking along the lines of "an empathic human-centred approach", or "an empathic patient-centred approach".
Are either of these ok, or do they not capture the intended meaning accurately enough?
