Od ranije sam se za privremenu mjeru odlučio koristiti injunction jer mi to najbolje odgovara kontekstu u kojem se upotrebljava ovdje i tamo. Postoje neke razlike. Napomenuo bih da je privremena mjera zapravo sudski dokument.
