TVC delivery

English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Supplier will cooperate with Customer by (a) promptly providing Customer all information reasonably requested by Customer in connection with the Services (including in connection with any Third-Party Claim), (b) using (and providing the information required by) preferred third-party providers of Customer in connection with the delivery of the Services (e. g. global service providers of stock content, TVC delivery, etc.) and (c) upon Customer’s request, promptly providing any information and/or assistance to any third-party provider engaged by Customer or its Affiliates to the extent required for such provider to perform its services.
