Eu manteria no original. É como movimentos do skate que tiveram seus nomes mantidos no original, em inglês. Nos dois endereços que coloquei como referência, utilizam os nomes dos movimentos em inglês.

Geralmente eu diria que é "salto mortal", mas como você mencionou aqui que era para bicicletas, minha pesquisa voltou com uma fonte do BMX do Red Bull que disponibilizo abaixo nas fontes.
Em inglês nunca ouvi running gainer para bicicletas, sempre ouvi backflips e frontflips, então eu manteria em inglês, mas no nome normal para o truque.
