Urin im Schuss

German to English Medical Medical (general) medical report
From an abdominal ultrasound: "Harnblase gefüllt mit mind. 500 ml. DK Blockung nicht darstellbar. DK lage Korrektur. Urin im Schuss 300 ml."

This entire line is puzzling....is the catheter in correct position? Is the "Schuss" some part of the catheter system? This report does contain several other typos, so I am wondering if that's what's going on here?

immediate discharge

It means that the catheter was repositioned to the correct position, followed by the immediate discharge of 300ml of urine.
In other words: after the catheter was correctly repositioned (apparently the tip of the catheter had not been in the bladder, but rather in the urethra), 300ml of urine were discharged in one go.
