Sì, ovviamente "millimeter" non ha senso.
I test leads sono i tipici conduttori (leads, appunto) rossi e neri in dotazione ai multimetri/tester, universalmente detti "cavetti" da qualsiasi elettricista.

Basta una ricerca parallela per immagini per confermare a vista che sono la stessa cosa.
