Alena, based on your additional information, if they are referring to doing prepress processing (a job in the printing industry: formatting and proofing text and images to be printed) then some common job titles for that work are "prepress specialist" or "prepress technician." I believe you could probably use either one, in searching job listings I can't find much difference between the use of these two terms in this line of work. "Specialist" tends to be a rather broad, general-use word for job descriptions, when I worked in a coffee shop my official title was "cafe specialist"!

Without the context or knowing what kind of artist they are, it is hard to say, but this sounds like it refers to someone who does "post-processing" which basically refers to the final computer edits made to photography, digital images, video, or audio to create a finished product. We don't typically say "post-processor" as a job title in English that I'm aware of, we usually just call someone an editor of whatever type of media they are editing. If they edit video, they are a video editor, etc. Since this person is an artist, my guess is that he or she edits photos or other digital images.
