Need a better idea of what is happening on wild boar farms, as it is important to have a good assessment of these farms and hunt farms
Need an ag-based background for the Wild Pig Lead (#1 above)
Wild pigs are not currently being tested for ASF, limited to endemic diseases to track disease-sharing
No one on the org chart is tasked with quantifying wild pig numbers
Lots of good work is happening, different agencies bring different agendas, need to identify best management practices that work across jurisdictions.
