English term
solid sets
English to French
Other
Music
You pull up to the back of a bar in some remote town in anywhere Canada, nice people meet you inside.
You carry in the gear, the sound guy is, well odd and difficult, but you set up.
The crowd forms, large or small, and you lay down a solid two sets and entertain the shit out of them.
Then you drink your one free beer, get paid, 20 buck each, then split the hat, another 10, load up and head for the next town.
That’s the music scene.

bonnes représentations
Just a suggestion.
More and more in the music scene I hear a set actually be called a "set" in French, but the closest I can think of otherwise would be représentation.
Solid can be replaced by a few other words as well, but in this context, "bon/bonne" seems like a safe choice.

Example sentence:
Tu donnes deux bonnes représentations.

Valentin Foucher
: That does work for 'setlist', but in my exerience, a 'set', be it for musicians or even comedians, refers more to the show itself.

Johanne Dupuy
: Un peu juste la traduction littérale de solid... On pourrait dire sérieux, fort ou bon, comme suggéré dans l'autre réponse.
