I'm working on a Palestinian text. In this scene, the mother and daughter have just had a fight.

I want to confirm that the phrase in question means something like "and sorrows have been put to bed?"

Here's the context:

حتى إذا أدركنا الليل وأوت الأحزان إلى مخادعها، أتيتِ إليّ حافية .....
