Il termine "static cling" si potrebbe anche riferire, come indica WordReference al principio fisico di adesione statica. Ma in questo caso visto che il testo della domanda recita "This ***adhesive material*** means that your actual window sign...", si vuole intendere proprio il mezzo di adesione e in questo caso il termine corretto è "adesivo statico".
