It's an odd one. I thought it was only schools and colleges that did this, but in Spain is quite common for professional people to have their university or college promotion class photo displayed in their offices.
Erika's "business certificate" suggestion could work if it is the class photo of a business course.
If you run a Google search for "orla", the images you see are what I would call a class photo.
