اختبار حيوية البذور:
تم اختبار حيوية بذور اللوز بزراعتها في أطباق بتري حاوية على أوراق ترشـيح وحفظـت فـي
م لحين حصول الإنبات فيها مع مراعاة ترطيبها بصورة مستمرة وثـم o الحاضنة بدرجة حرارة 18 ± 2
حساب نسبة الإنبات للتأكد من حيوية البذور.

ولكنها مثل مزرعة البكتريا

عبارة عن أطباق زجاجية توضع فيها البذور في محاليل بغرض الإنبات والإكثار
ويتم ذلك في معامل بيولوجية
