English to Italian Bus/Financial Finance (general)

"The main operational functions connected to the cash pool are performed by the participating bank, being Bank of X (“BoX”), to the cash pooling arrangement. Specifically, the daily sweeping runs automated by the bank."

This refers to cash pooling and credit lines, of course. Honestly, I'm at a loss here. Any help appreciated. I hate to work on a Sunday.
