English term

effort at task

English Other Medical (general)
Dr Peter McCullough: I do have people report this to me saying: "Listen, I took the vaccine in March, but I still don't feel right now... I have some effort at task, I can't work out the way I used to". What I think as a cardiologist is: "Oh my Gosh, did they take some heart damage?"

I think it may be "effort in tasks", but he mumbles a bit at this point.

By the way, this guy is a prominent anti-vaxxer who's been widely criticised for propagating misinformation.

tire easily

From the context, 'I have some effort at task' means 'I tire/get tired easily' (tiredness on exertion).

Task Effort is the total amount of work consisting of tasks and completed to achieve a particular result. - http://www.taskmanagementguide.com/glossary/what-is-task-eff...
When we perform a task, we make effort, but it is a normal effort, and we don’t care with that.
But when the effort is so that we have will of stop, then is anything that is not well: I get tired
