"Esta pobre correlación se obtiene cuando el Cl se corrige por el máximo potencial de vida (MPL) o el peso de cerebro en las diferentes especies usadas y cuando se predice el Vz y Cl referido a la fracción libre del LAS (Vzu y Clu)". This sentence appears in a short article about allometric scaling. I think that Vz is volume of distribution and CL refers to clearance but I cannot find any information about "LAS (Vzu y Clu)". Can anyone help please?

Me parece que, en el caso de Vzu y CLu, están usando las siglas en inglés, que mayoritariamente se usan en los estudios de farmacocinética y por lo tanto no las traduciría. En cuanto a LAS, podría significar muchas cosas y pensaría que el estudio describe cuál es el fármaco o compuesto que se está midiendo.
