Decline (rechazo etc.) in the UK would be ambiguous for declining-health and reverse the meaning to payout of the annuity during the annuitant's lifetime. At any rate, the ambigutiy would - by established insurance law convention - be construed 'contra proferentem' > against the insurer if the case is litigated.

: endoso (de Póliza) de cancelacón de desembolso de la renta vitalicia (capital global) durante la vida del rentista. What's in brackets is a little redundant. Beneficiario I thinks does a better job than rentista (in Spansih close friend to rent seeker).

Gracias, Luis, & thanks. Your ideas now in the glossary entry. Only thing is beneficiaro to me doubles as a nominated benefiiciary, whereas annuitant doesn't//I wasn't keen on Robb's 3rd entry of 'rentista' either, but cf. an 'usufructuario vitalicio'.
