: Sorry to disagree, but the substances are not flatulent, they induce flatulence. Flatulating substances would work.

: Just wondering whether there is a difference between "Blähung" - flatulence in a person and "Blähstoffe " substances which cause it i.e. "flatulants". Hence also the term "antiflatulent"
