Arabic term

تحت إشراف السلم الإداري

Arabic to English Law/Patents Law (general) company registration
Hello,

I have to questions from Moroccan document:

1. السيدة وكيلة الملك... تحت إشراف السلم الإداري
Is it connected to "administrative grade" - order of positions in Morocco? If yes, anyway the document is directed to the royal prosecutor, so I cannot understand to what refers this term.

2. لي الشرف أن أعيد إليكم ملف تعليماتكم عدد.. وذلك بعد إنجاز المطلوب.
Does ملف تعليمات refers to something specific? What kind of instructions are there?

Best regards

The problem is that I don't have enough context because the document itself contains just one sentence.
Thank you very much for your remark, I am going to put a second question separately.
Also, big thank you for answering the first question.
Yassine El Bouknify Aug 1, 2022:
There is not enough context the scattered sentences seem to be vaguely ambiguous. However, you can translate السلم الإداري
into "the administration", because السلم الإداري معناه الدراجات المختلفة للعمال في هذه الإدارة

Also, please post the questions separately. It's not allowed to post two questions in "ask question" by ProZ ...
