- الطيفور: هذا المصطلح انقرض كليا، ويعني الصحن "الطبسيل" غير أنه عاد مؤخرا من خلال حفلات الاعراس لكن بصيغة الجمع، (الطيافر) وتعني الصحون الكبيرة

وإن كلمة طيفور ( وجمعها طيافر في الدارجة المغربية ) غير موجودة بتاتا في اللغة العربية ، و نسبها اللغويون إلى لغة بلاد فارس ، والتي تعني في لغتهم ( الطائر الجميل )، بينما يشير محقق كتاب النفاضة إلى أن كلمة تيفور وطيفور تستعمل فقط في المغرب بمعنى الصحن الكبير العميق، الذي يقدم فيه اللحم (الطبق الغارق بالدراجة المغربية ) و دخلت إلى اللغة الاسبانية Altaifor .
