Personally I would go with the first suggestion:)

"convulsiones espasmos epilépticos" wouldn't make sense though.
agree neilmac : Abbreviations are easy when you know what they stand for....

I didn't know in this case, just did some searching to see what made sense:)

Thank you!
neutral Joseph Tein : Hi Liz. Good guess ... but do you have ANY evidence that E/E stands for epileptic seizures? // It might be "espasmos epilépticos" as José Patricio suggests.

CONVULSIONS E/E

I'm guessing E/E refers to an electroencephalogram (EEG) - a recording of brain activity.
An EEG is a test that detects abnormalities in your brain waves, or in the electrical activity of your brain
Example sentence:

EEG findings are a defining feature of familial partial epilepsy with variable foci, which manifests as temporal and extratemporal seizures;

Peer comment(s):

neutral liz askew : EEG is the Spanish abb. though

Yes, I was just guessing, until a more informed answer came along...
neutral Joseph Tein : I thought of electro-encephalogram also, but again this is EEG and would never be E/E. Guesses aren't very useful.//I see your point :)

Guesses are BETTER THAN NOTHING, which is what was here when I posted. That's why we have the "just guessing" option, is it not?

espasmos epilépticos

José Patricio's suggestion could apply in this case. Here is a Spanish reference.
