Массаж матки на кулаке
Введение руки в матку как при ручном обследовании.

Руку, находящуюся в матке, сжимают в кулак, на кулаке как на подставке наружной рукой через переднюю брюшную стенку массируют различные участки стенки матки, прижимая в то же время матку к лобковому симфизу.

Обеспечение: фантом, муляж матки.

BIMANUAL UTERINE COMPRESSION
• If bleeding continues in spite of management above, perform bimanual
compression of the uterus until appropriate care is available (Fig. S-4,
page S-34):
- Wearing sterile gloves, insert a hand into the vagina and remove any
blood clots from the lower part of the uterus or cervix.
- Form a fist.
- Place the fist into the anterior fornix and apply pressure against the
anterior wall of the uterus.
- With the other hand, press deeply into the abdomen behind the
uterus, applying pressure against the posterior wall of the uterus.
- Maintain compression until bleeding is controlled and the uterus
contracts.

Bimanual uterine compression massage. One hand is placed in the vagina and pushes against the body of the uterus while the other hand compresses the fundus from above through the abdominal wall. The posterior aspect of the uterus is massaged with the abdominal hand and the anterior aspect with the vaginal hand.
