Вы же сами отметили, что нужен "контекст". А вдруг ASKER переводит субтитры к экранизации того самого стихотворения Корнея Чуковского?
А если нет, то перевод "Where do you happen to be?" - "Jungle-Town, Camel Street, 3" вполне может подойти и для этих целей (правда, в ограниченные рамки субтитража современных фильмов может и не впишется).
Кстати, процитированный мною перевод данной фразы принадлежит Дориану Исааковичу Роттенбергу, который перевел на английский язык сказки М. Е. Салтыкова-Щедрина, избранные произведения Расула Гамзатова, сборники детских стихотворений Корнея Чуковского, Самуила Маршака, Сергея Михалкова, отдельные стихотворения Александра Твардовского, Николая Тихонова и многих других поэтов. Особенно высокую оценку специалистов получила работа Роттенберга над переводами Владимира Маяковского — в частности, его поэмы «Ленин» (так, Дейл Питерсон отмечал, что «живая английская передача акцентного стиха и неточных рифм заслуживает особой похвалы») - см. Википедию.
