Statement of Truth - an E&W 1998 vs. Irish civil justice reforms term for an Affidavit, here adding the idea of an Affidavit of Fact and, alas, fusing the two terms.

Contrast an Affidavit of Means that would be sworn by a (judgment or execution) debtor.
