Pienso que se puede traducir y luego explicar ya que no es un nombre con siglas como VAT, o UNICEF por ejemplo.....es mi opinión.

I think National Trust should't be translated because it is like a household name but it means patrimonio naconal, by saying that you are not explaining that is an organisation that collects places with certain national values, maybe you coul add: Organización del Patrimonio Nacional or something like that
