Mandate Clause

As a general rule, the Credit Card Contracts include the famous "Mandate Clause", where the cardholder grants powers to the Credit Card Administrator to obtain "in its name and on its behalf" loans in the Financial Market to finance and refinance the outstanding balance of the Credit Card invoices.
