Subject to the terms of this agreement and the ordering process set forth in section 4 herein, you and Oracle agree that you will process technical support renewal orders for Oracle’s annual technical support services from the following: (a) end users to whom you distributed the programs and/or hardware under the terms of the Full Use Distribution Addendum to the Oracle PartnerNetwork Master Distribution Agreement between an Oracle group company and you; and (b) end users who are specified on a designated account list provided by Oracle and specified in Exhibit В (“assigned customers”).

This agreement shall begin on the effective date set out below and shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year unless terminated earlier as provided in this agreement or in the Full Use Distribution Addendum to the Oracle PartnerNetwork Master Distribution Agreement between an Oracle group company and you.
