Mammogram Both of 10.11.2020: US Breast Lt of 10.11.2020: US Breast Both of 10.11.2020: Clinical indication: 54-year-old lady with no personal or family history of breast cancer for screening. 10 years previous history of infertility medication intake . Comparison: None. Technique: Bilateral digital mammography was performed. Bilateral screening ultrasound. Report: Heterogeneously dense breast pattern bilaterally which may obscure small masses. There is a right posterior third central MLO view 8.4 cm from nipple isodense asymmetry/probably well-circumscribed benign appearing nodule for further evaluation by ultrasound. Right outer central posterior third asymmetry just posterior to the first mentioned one was also seen. Left central CC view retroareolar/anterior third as well as anterior to mid third inner aspect asymmetries probably related to nodules for further evaluation by ultrasound. Left upper outer triangular posterior third asymmetry likely attributed to overlapping fibroglandular tissue
