يمكن للمعنية بالأمر أن تتصل بمكتب العدول مصحوبة ببطاقتها الوطنية + نسخة تبليغ الحكم بالطلاق + نسخة مصادق عليها لعقد الزواج، لتمكين العدل من معاينة الطلاق وتحرير اشهاد في الموضوع. بعد الحصول على الإشهاد العدلي، يجب عليها التوجه الى مكتب الحالة المدنية لمسقط رأسها لتسجيل الطلاق بهامش سجل الحالة المدنية.

I think it means examining/verifying/authenticating the divorce to declare it because it was made between the spouses unofficially; not before a court/government authority
